Bad experience!!!
We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We drove 5 hours to reach our destination and had a confirmed reservation with advance payment. We were fully dependent on this booking and expected at least basic reliability. When we arrived at around 3 AM, we were told the hotel was overbooked and no room was available for us.
