Horrible experience here. Never again! They seriously need to evaluate who they have managing this place customer it don't make sense to have such a nasty person in charge of a place that values customer service and experiences.
This place had gotten so much better the last time we were here. We were so impressed with the staff and the way it was ran we decided to stay again, BIG mistake! There is now a new owner/manager, there are no words to describe how nasty and cold this woman is! I didn't even have a one on one encounter with her mind you, but I was there to witness the horror show she displayed all over the parking lot and office. Very nice overall, but no phone in the room! That really bothered me the fact that the TV literally had a process to go threw before working. Other than that it was nice! Kristin is a sweetheart and so helpful! Very nice environment overall with staff and guests!
