Got a room for 3 night 1st night put all my shit in the car roaches everywhere they refused to give me my money back behind the bed was disgusting people walking around all hours of the night

Please do not stay hereROACHES🪳 I know it looks nice from the pictures. I understand that it is affordable, but my first mistake was not looking at the reviews.. I booked for two nights a couple days ago and got a double bed suite because it was the cheapest. When I got in there, it smelled like pure bleach, which was fine because I thought it was clean from Afar… Boy was I wrong! The carpet and floor was very dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Was literally here for only 5 mins and saw a roach after the fact that I asked about them prior to staying and they said they don’t and they clean the rooms. I go to front desk to get a refund and she tells me “I don’t do refunds you’ll have to wait until tomorrow when the GM comes at 11” in a rude way then I tried showing her the footage of the roach and she didn’t even care. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty and clearly not well maintained—dust in the corners, stains that hadn’t been cleaned, and everything just felt neglected. On top of that, the mattress was terrible. It was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping directly on the box spring. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
