This is the worst hotel I've ever been too. The smoke smell was inescapable. Lots of people smoke in their room. It was filthy. Our TV didn't work. Our fridge didn't work. I stepped in puke in the parking lot. The bedding smelled bad. The mattress was disgusting. On the bright side, there were no bugs in the room and the staff were friendly.

ROACHES i asked for a refund on my second night after a roach crawled out of the shower and she said no. it wasn’t even 3pm. quietly swept it into the garbage and said she’d leave a note with maintenance. i’m sure the room will be “cleaned” and booked to someone else so they make two nights worth out of one room. i expected it not being the cleanest and there being no fridge seeing as its red roof but come on i lost money. never again

Bed bugs and roaches in the room woke up to my arm covered in bites, showed the staff my arm and video of the bugs in the room and sent them to the manager who never responded to any of the 3 emails I sent so apparently its normal for them. The rooms are disgusting drawers are missing or falling off. Most rooms u walk by smell like cat pee surprised the place hasn't been shut down yet
