We stay here as often as we can when working in the area. Isabelle is always very sweet and nice to talk to. Rooms are very clean and we like the larger fridge and kitchen area to make our coffee and breakfast etc. This location has everything we need and want in a place to stay while working.
I stayed here last two nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the service and staff behavior were extremely rude and unprofessional. My checkout time was at 11:00 AM, but before checkout time, the staff entered my room without my confirmation or permission. On top of that, when I returned around 10:50 AM to collect my belongings, my key card had already been deactivated, which prevented me from entering my room.
