No customer service. Bed bugs. Nastiest stuff I've ever witnessed. Trash cans stink fiercely. TVs don't work. Air conditioners are loud and squeaky old. Said toilet paper is a 1.00 extra. I can't believe Red roof is gone this low. Nothing professional about this place. Took our sheets and never returned them. Laziest grumpy maids ever seen. When the are visable. Don't bring your kids. Place is in total disrepair.
This bout the raggedness hotel ever. Flies all in the room, guest service was horrible, the sheets is dirty. Just a nasty spot don’t stop.
What a s#%t hole. Dirty sheets, obviously not changed from previous guests. The whole room (122) stank of cat urine and now it’s all I smell on my clothes! Avoid!!!
Definitely not a great place. Curtains had holes, no actual blankets on beds—just a slip cover - and those were stained and had cigarette holes, holes clearly punched in the bathroom door, floors not fully cleaned, tv had no remote and the room smelled like it had been smoked in before. Bathroom smelled like urine. Didn’t bother to ask for a different room, blankets or remote since we got in very late with my young daughter. Didn’t see any bugs luckily. Was glad to save some money but can’t say I’d ever stay here again.
