Stay away nothing here works
My family and I were coming back from Gatlinburg and decided to book a stay at Red roof at around 10 pm on August 31st as soon as I entered the room I turned the bathroom light on and saw a bug climbing the shower wall which I picked up with a Kleenex and with the help of google I determined it was in fact a cockroach. I informed the front desk that we were checking out right away and the manager nor anyone from red roof contacted me to apologize about the inconvenience. Terrible hotel. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are outdated, and my room had a bad odor and was not clean. The entire place smells unpleasant. Some rooms even seem to be occupied by people living and cooking inside. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.
