They weren't sure the rooms were ready when we checked in. Then after we returned from dinner we found bugs in the rooms. Will never stay there again.
Absolutely horrible Cockroaches everywhere
The hotel matches its price point. COCKROACHES! The coffee machine didn't work. The ceiling and mirror were dirty and splattered with food. The good: convenient location, convenient parking, liquid soap in the bathroom, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes hangers. The bad: dirty toilet and bathroom floor, fridge with no freezer compartment, broken coffee machine, no tea or sugar.
Booked a room but did not stay the night even though it was not refundable. Didn’t even get past the front door. Smell was horrible! People hanging out in the parking lot. Went into the lobby and it STUNK! Smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Two employees were at the front desk helping someone who seemed to be having a problem. I waited several minutes and after not even getting acknowledged by the two employees, and almost getting sick from the stench, I left and went to another hotel down the street.
