Everything was filthy. Stains on every fabric, towel, curtain, walls, light switches. The towels were threadbare. The washcloth has someone else's hair wrapped up in it. Our non-smoking room was covered in burn marks from I'm assuming cigarettes. The TV was nonfunctional. The bedding had clearly NOT been changed after the previous guests. rooms are comfy and clean. Price was good and only a couple of minutes from the UD arena.

This place is a joke .very unprofessional employees.the price on which you for the rooms are crazy considering there is no fridge or microwave in the room and in order to have them your required to pay $140 a month in order to have on top of room cost. Loud most of the time.people overdosing in the parking lot and in the rooms. Constant police contact out here. False claims on people being reported by hotel affiliates. Breaking guest privacy policy .coharation in play .

First room we got was infested with roaches…not just big ones but small babies so they’re laying eggs in the walls, in the bed, in the chairs….complained and got a room change…the second one had a pungent and foul odor…similar to old vomit, a disgusting “old” smelling corn chip smell that consumed the whole room…complained and got another room…the last one had even more roaches than the first. asked for a refund they only gave us 20$ on a 80$ room…horrified. will never be back.
