I must first say I never got there, my room was booked a day to early when I called the phone there was no answer three times.I was told the manager was not there over a 24 hour period.When I did get someone they refuse to give me any consideration for another day which was the day after . I would suggest to stay away they don't know anything about customer service.
Room 107.... warm room a/c didn't work properly sweat room!! Floors was nasty!! The dispensers like hand soap shampoo and conditioner was empty... no remote for TV (that, we asked for).... there 1 nite surely was not doing it another nite... went elsewhere!!
