Booking on line, with a third party, messed up the date of me checking in. I had been traveling ALL day and just wanted/ needed to be done traveling for the day! Red Roof went above and beyond to fix error. They refunded my money and let me rebook without any problems . The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and you can't beat the price! Will definitely be staying at this one on my way back through
Pleasant stay all around! Staff was very polite Bob’s kindness and helpfulness stood out!! What an awesome dude! If you have ANY questions about the city or your stay he is so sharp!
I was pleasantly surprised! The price was right and it was walkable to the Rose Music Center. The room was nice, the front desk service was great (let us check in early and very friendly). I was hesitant to book because it was a budget option but it was quiet and clean and the rooms are updated. The area felt safe to walk back from the venue at night.
