Great clean room and grounds ! The staff was super helpful , would stay there again ! They directed us to restaurants , just a very pleasant experience !
This was an economical and very convenient location to stay near Rose Music Center. We had Room 40, on the end, Queen Room. Everything was new and clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. It was quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again. It is also close to places to eat and the Charleston Falls Nature Preserve. We liked being so close to everything.

Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and in order. Some benefits not available. No breakfast and vending machines not in use. Furnishings old, but in good condition. No ice available. Location difficult to find but close to late night restaurants. Extra towels and shampoo available upon request. Inside pool available. Nice, upkept, clean hotel inside and outside. Bob, the front desk employee, was super friendly. We booked the "superior" king room. The only difference from the king room is it had an iron and ironing board. Lol! Everything was clean except the sheets. When I pulled back the covers, there was hair in the bed. We asked Bob for clean sheets, and he apologized and got clean ones. We couldn't change channels on TV because the remote was broken. The bed was good. The bathroom was clean.
