They kept my $55 pet deposit after saying that my bedding was stained and the towels were stained. With what they never said and my 4 lb Yorkie was never on the bed and she's hypoallergenic so I take it that they keep everyone's pet deposit because I know that I didn't leave a mess nor were there any stains unless they left them before I got there. What can I do about this?
Could not get room online,so waited until I got there. Was charged $100, for one of the worst rooms I have been in. I was very tired so I took pictures for the next day. No one was at front desk, waited a while and said hello very loudly a few times. Shower rod was loose, tub had crack, smoke detector had no battery, wall was scratched up, chair had been chewed on and a pile of wood dust still in corner, and no chain on door ( which is a problem when traveling by yourself)
Me pareció bastante pasable para el precio y la hora de alquiler. Llegamos a la media noche. Verifique todo como madre de familia y pese a que no me pareció una habitación completamente limpia tampoco estaba super sucio. Las sabanas estaban lavadas y las camas cuentan con 2 forros para el mattre lo que me dio tranquilidad. Todos nos bañamos y habia agua caliente. Fue agradable el tiempo que estuvimos en el lugar.
The bathtubs weren't scrubbed good. Wanted to take a nice bath but couldn't.
Great location off the interstate, however room had an odor which to a non smoker like myself and my husband, smelled a lot like smoke. We were told at check in it was a smoke free room and our 12 lb pup was welcomed, but was also told the pup was not allowed on the bed. We asked for a refund to our credit card and the desk clerk treated us as if we were lying, went to the room and came back and told us there was no odor and implied we were lying.
