When I entered my room I observed cockroaches, ants, electrical outlets missing their protective covers, and outlets filled with inches of dust while electronics were still plugged into them, creating what appears to be a serious fire hazard. Most alarming of all, I found evidence of bed bugs. These conditions are completely unacceptable and present serious health and safety risks to every guest who stays at this property. I am absolutely horrified at the room I stayed in. The pictures on the website are definitely old, because it was nowhere near as nice as it looked. When I turned on the light late at night, there were bugs everywhere, the bedding was filthy, the drapes were falling apart and dirty, there were broken off cords broken plugged in, mold in the shower, outlets that were loose and not working, the lock on the door was missing, the floor was falling apart, the smell throughout the room was so bad that spraying room freshener made ... read more

Hallways reek of stale cigarettes and mildew. Rooms are aging badly and are not cleaned well at all. Sheets were stained and dirty, I had to lay out my own beach towels to lay down. Really needs a refresh and thorough cleaning.
