Room 225, leaking faucet, cracked tub and cracker sink, excessively worn out beds, and roaches 🪳‍🫣we left at 1 in the morning, had to find another place. Couldn’t get a refund, just got 25% back and I’m still waiting on that 🤷‍♂️

OK, so I’ve already written you before I wrote it on how the biased and just disrespectful nature of the people that work there no not the ladies at the front desk. It’s close by to everything HEB 5 minutes the beach 10 minutes lots of restaurants near by, inside the room was nice but it has a weird smell to it , you can smell cigarettes smoke when someone smokes, they didn’t clean up the room or asked , most crazy part roches not just one or two a lot especially by the bed ,

I called and made a reservation for a one bedroom two queen with refrigerator and microwave on the bottom floor because I am handicapped we got there about 9:00 at night went into the room no refrigerator no microwave and it was a one king.
