The staff and cleaning crew seem alert and suspicious but polite and positively reactive if ever I need anything. I have heard stories about how bad it can get at a number of hotels and , personally. I've always have had a pleasant and professional experience.
Was robbed while at the pool for 1500 cash out of my room. Told the manager Dan about it and he didn't care at all If you go here, watch your back.
No downside here and if you enjoy a staff that knows why they are there...I could go on and on but just bring your fun and family say for a Saturday and you'll leave rested and happy!
