I travel a lot from New York to Texas ect red roof inn is my go to place I wanted to say that J at the front desk at this location is by far the most friendly and professional employee I have met so far.she always making sure we are comfortable and settled shes also good for a friendly conversation which makes us feel welcome.

Have stayed there a few times. My last stay Wasn't pleasant. The Hot tub is STILL NOT WORKING. It's been broke Nearly a year now. Worst part was I found 2 bed bugs room 221.

Owner or manager assesses extra "fees" if he feels a guest is being rude. Added this "fee" to one of my students' bills when she is struggling to work and take care of her kids. At some point it seems like taking advantage of person who is down. Plus the roaches and bedbugs.

Without a doubt, the dirtiest, most disgusting, and filthiest place I have ever stayed in my life. The smell in the room was horrible; there was hair from other people on the beds, the bathroom was dirty, the walls were peeling, and the doors were broken and filthy. There was mold everywhere, and the beds were horrible,super uncomfortable. The furniture looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. The towels looked dirty, as if bleach had never been used to clean them. In short: disgusting.
