My room was booked for two nights last week. I was in town for a funeral, so I didn't go to the room until later. The linoleum on the floor was coming up and made a sticky sound with every step. The bathtub was cracked/broken and the bathroom door had a hole in it. There were a lot of different hairs all over the bed, between the sheets. I booked this property on the phone last Saturday night. Arrived on time to.find. I had not booked a downstairs room in the back. I was offered an upstairs room in the front which I could not and did not use. I was billed 93 dollars for unused room Desk staff pleasant suggested I had booked with third party vendor and there. was nothing they could do for me. The property is pet friendly for a fee.
