Excellent, convenient location. Room was old and reflected that. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was a 3/5. We stayed for 2 nights. When we came back to our room the 2nd day it has not been serviced. When my husband went to get clean towels the desk clerk said they were short staffed.
For the safety of your family do not use this hotel. Besides the shootings that happen around this hotel, the staff couldn’t care less about their customers. When we book a room a month in advance with specific handicap accessible needs because we have two men who can’t walk over the age of 80, and when we get there you tell us our only choice is a room on the second floor with no elevator or ramp access, you don’t deserve to stay in business. Mt husband stayed about 2 weeks. Not a bad place to stay.. The staff was friendly even after he left his suit case of clothes by accident 😐 I drove over there to get his suit case and had no problem. You do have ask for room service. After you ask, they give what you ask for.
