My sister took a bad fall in the lobby area due to water on the floor from the swimming area. They put up caution wet floors signs after that happened. But it came to late. She is hurt. But thanks to the two men that helped get her to her feet.

I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Unless you are okay with the cigarette and weed smell in a non-smoking hotel and dirty rooms. Also, some of the ACs are broken so good luck with that roulette game. The front counter staff was nice and understanding and it’s not her fault the hotel is trash. And they want pictures of my complaints? Smell your non-smoking hotel.

I had a flat tire on my way from Oklahoma to Texas I called to let them know we had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and we was going to be late if not checking in the next day it wasn't a problem at that time when I showed up they told me that I was not allowed to check in and I was not getting a refund for any of my money when I had paid for July the 25th until July the 30th and I arrived on the 26th if it was going to be an issue she should have told me the night before so I could have maybe figured out how to get som... read more
