When checking in personnel were of unorthodox stature. Room we’re supposed to be non-smoking. Room was smoky, curtains were half torn off, dirty, smell was awful. Homeless people in parking lot with grocery carts. Had to leave, couldn’t stay there.
All belongings lost from my workers 3/15/26 no body had acess to cameras only owner, we had to wait for cameras next day never show us the footage bags appear out of nowhere. 3/17/26 when out to eat. Around 7pm came back to my room walk out to get some from truck come back wallet is gone $1800 cash, cards , DL don’t stay here if you have good belongings if you do you need walk out with all your belongings every single day lots of illegal activity here
Where do I start smh. This place is TERRIBLE. We reserved a double bed room, for a week, upon arrival at 4pm we was told there were only 2 housekeepers and neither of the double rooms were cleaned or ready. Fine, we waited to give them time to clean the rooms because things happen I get it. 8pm we go back to try to check in, mind you they've already took the money for the room that we aren't even able to check in to, and the attendant states the room is still not ready that the housekeeper had to leave to get her kids but is... read more
I want to say I am receiving a refund and the person working the front counter was very kind. The room was absolutely filthy. I requested a One King room and was given the key card to a room with 2 Queen beds. The room smelled like smoke and was filthy. There were dirty bed sheets bunched up on the beds, trash and towels all over the floor. Stains everywhere. I was on the hotel property for all of 5 minutes. I'd recommend spending a lil extra to get something nicer at any of the nearby hotels. There's plenty of options.
Staff was great however sink never drained
