Let’s start from the beginning when we checked in they was still cleaning the room all I saw was a older man and lady making a bed I didn’t see any dirty sheets that they removed from the bed so I assume they just made up the bed because they didn’t see any visible stains o yeah this was a last resort hotel at the last min all the other hotels was booked!! There's no Phone inside the Room! One of the Lamps Didn't Work! I had to Plug it Into The Wall Socket In order for it to work! I Couldn't Use The Microwave Because it was Too Dirty!!! I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE ANYMORE!!!

They don’t keep track of reservations… we booked a room for 5 days and I had to be relocated because even tho I had my receipt and confirmation number they refused to accept my reservation even with actual proof I’ve made my reservation and even with customer service calling them on my behalf while I was in the lobby they still refused to acknowledge I had a reservation and was really rude… the lady at the desk was playing on her phone instead of assisting tenants and atleast 4 other people were denied their reservations tha... read more
