My only complaint is the room. The pillows ALL had hair and eyelashes on them. The room was mostly clean but in a SERIOUS state of disrepair. Missing floor tiles and many things falling apart. And finally, we were greeted by the roaches in the sink when the light was turned on. Sorry, I typically don’t do bad reviews, but this was over the top.
The property manager was extremely RUDE! He actually yelled at me! And when I made a complaint because i saw roaches, he argued with me and made me leave! Not to mention he wouldn't refund me the 94 bucks I spent on the room! 45 minutes after I bought the room he kicked me out because i was complaining about the roaches and I wanted a new room. They wouldn't accommodate me. And he actually told me if I wasn't happy with my stay that I could just leave , so I definitely know that they didn't spray , that room down for the bug... read more
Amazing people exelente location calm and quite place to stay
Still awesome! Fantastic location, we have stayed here a few times and always loved it. Extremely accommodating to my needs and just as friendly. The woman here at the desk between 2-7, possibly later but that's the latest I've been at the desk, is always so kind and does her best to make sure I have everything I need and want. It is very cheap, so it's a little older but they keep good care of it. Not a $300 a night suite, so you're not getting fancy, but it's safe, in a good area, comfortable, and sparkling clean.
