Let’s start here, I called the Red Roof reservations to get an affordable rate. Well when the representative I was speaking to gave me a good room for a nearby location I accepted it. But as she was trying to get ahold of the front desk, the man had turned off the lobby phone refusing phone calls or to even talk outside because we couldn’t hear him through the drive through window. GROSS. Dirty, moldy, bad repair jobs, no plates on outlets. Absolutely disgusting. Second time I've stayed at a Red Roof Inn like this. Never again.

First room was filthy - toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, light switch near the sink had no cover with wires exposed, no light bulbs in lights near the bed, room had a bad smell. When asked for a refund for the next two nights, I was told I would lose money as all nights could not be reimbursed. So I asked for another room. It looked slightly cleaner but had cockroaches. So disgusting as the photos were very false advertising.
