We called to ask if we could check in at around 6 am the following morning. We were told this would not be a problem. When we arrived, we were told we were considered a no-show and our reservation cancelled. We stated that we called the night before and they gave us a room saying we would be moved to a different one at 10 am. The room we were given was filthy and smelled very strongly of smoke. Nothing but bed bugs... terrible for kids.... terrible for family.... disgusting My skin is crawling with bed bugs and rats you.... have been warn..... That guy in the front desk is terrible beyond belief.... Go somewhere else Red roof is garbage trash sewers

Fantastic location, we have stayed here a few times and always loved it. Extremely accommodating to my needs and just as friendly. The woman here at the desk between 2-7, possibly later but that's the latest I've been at the desk, is always so kind and does her best to make sure I have everything I need and want. It is very cheap, so it's a little older but they keep good care of it. Not a $300 a night suite, so you're not getting fancy, but it's safe, in a good area, comfortable, and sparkling clean. Overall 5 for us.
