Great staff very accommodating
I was giving a dirty room when I finally came to check in after a long day. I was at a concert and I had a 9am flight on Saturday May 16th so I had already called earlier on Friday May 15th and let them know that I would be there after midnight when I finally got there, I was giving a room number 276 when going up to the room I noticed the bed was unmade pillows were used stained then I went downstairs to let them know about it and he said that that was the only room available and that it should’ve been clean. I came in early this morning to get a room at 5 AM from a 12 Hour Continuous Drive from out of state the gentleman at the front desk. I forget his name, but it begin with an S was nothing but amazing he went above and beyond they were completely sold out and he went out out of his way to make sure I had a very nice room to stay in as I was extremely exhausted. The man at the front desk was so helpful and polite while checking in. I will definitely come back!
Let’s start from the beginning when we checked in they was still cleaning the room all I saw was a older man and lady making a bed I didn’t see any dirty sheets that they removed from the bed so I assume they just made up the bed because they didn’t see any visible stains o yeah this was a last resort hotel at the last min all the other hotels was booked!!
