I explained to the check in at the red roof in that I had family come in from out of town and we had unanimously decided that they could not stay at the inn that they had reserved because of dlsafeyu and hygiene issues and that the red roof inn was our next attempt. The check in clerk made sure we were taken care of and personally went to double check that the two rooms they were given were clean and well kept. Love the rooms!! Great little pool, very clean, recommend using Priceline!!
Rooms need to be upgraded, they look horrible and stuff hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet would not flush. no breakfast accommodations
Never have an issue with anything. Staff is great and quick.
