Great customer service, the gentleman at the front desk is amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
I reserved for two nights this past Saturday and Sunday. My first night in the middle of the night the hotel attendant entered my room without permission. No knock no explanation to why he was opening my door. Thank god I just happened to be recording on my phone and caught it on video. I never called for assistance nothing but for the man to just come in was really scary. Please be careful if traveling alone. I feel like the man was up to no good and thought I was alone. Thank god I had someone stay with me.
