I stayed there this past weekend for an event. I should have known better when i called to check the reservation and the staff cancelled the reservation causing me to have to re-book. After driving from Cleveland to Columbus i arrived to a dirty room. I tried to make the best of a terrible decision and went to a nearby dollar tree to get supplies to clean with and shoes to shower in; i cleaned up showered and went to the venue so i wasn't late and when i returned realized the sheets were dirty too. I really don’t understand how this place is still up and running. It’s absolutely foul how they was running this place.The sheet and pillows was never changed I had bugs in my room and when I asked for new blankets and pillowcases, I never received them. no shampoo, no conditioner no soap I had to go buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. I was told that housekeeping was coming and she never showed up They gave my husband a single sheet. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! The rooms smelled so bad, the bathroom was disgusting, the service was horrible. There was no soap or shampoo and when I asked them to bring some, it never came. I highly recommend that the health department come in and investigate. Had I not been dead tired after traveling all day, I would’ve found other arrangements!
