Management and staff are always great !
Let's be honest. This is not a Four Seasons. However, I have stayed here twice now and you can tell that they try really hard to make you feel like you are staying at a nice hotel. At check-in, they give you a goodie bag full of treats. The rooms are relatively nice and everyone is friendly. One more thing - you can't pull your car up to the room door at a five star to load it, can you? Bam!
If you like the smell of cigarettes these rooms are for you! stains on the sheets…. two roaches as soon as I walked in, young kid at the front was cool and helpful checking in but that’s about all that was good there.
