Kate told me she works here I came to see her and she wasn't here. I spent a lot of money on her and fyi she works out of unavailable rooms.
Affordable for last minute stays and friendly lobby staff but I do not recommend it based on my stay, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.
This location is close to everything. The service was amazing. Sharon made sure we had everything we needed and she was very pleasant.
One of our rooms looked like a crime scene. Blood on walls, sheets, even the ironing board. Told front desk person. No apology, seemed to be annoyed we asked for a different room. Avoid at all costs!
I have severe allergies and I always ask before booking a room to please make sure that it is immaculate... Meaning I can't be in a room that smells mold or mildew.. Last year I mentioned this and I was accommodated with no problem but when we came back this July I wasn't because as soon as I opened the door I could smell something not right and I began feeling nauseated a couple of hours later...
