Room very clean, fast friendly service. Can tell management actually cares it's ran well. Great location right off the interstate however I would prefer more food options but I'm personally a foodie.
No way to control ac/ heat . Control for heat on the wall but wouldn't turn off. Ac would work for a few minutes then stop and not restart
One of the worst Red Roof Inn's around. The staff is extremely nice, but that is the only thing nice about this place. The lights are on timers and BEWARE when the lights go out, the roaches come out and run around. When you feel a twitching in the bed, it's the roaches. We turned on the lights and the roaches scurry around. I informed the night clerk and she apologized and noted that some of the rooms are infested with roaches.
I have a service animal and she has a 5 lb puppy the manager charged me $30 for the puppy 2 nights making my daily rate higher than Baymont and LaQuinta which was ridiculous.
