My mom came over the weekend to celebrate my daughters graduation and I went online to book a room with Red Roof Inn Chicago -O'Hare Airport/Arlington heights The sight made the room look luxurious, non smoking & clean. BUT!! When we checked in, the room smelled like an ashtray & mold. The air unit was not working & ROACHES ! Yes ROACHES! In a hotel establishment. No hot water. No airport shuttle. Air conditioner barely functioned.
Front desk extremely helpful! I have no issues @ if I did. They will take care of it .
