This roach motel is ran by the most unprofessional and incompetent people I've ever seen in my life. Between the roaches, constant plumbing back ups causing the tub to not drain and the toilet to not flush, trash wifi/tvs, power outages, and the flooded parking lot, this place should be shut down. To make matters worse when there's an issue, no one answers the phone and whoever is supposed to be working in the lobby hides from their responsibility regardless of the time of day. They customer service suck ,they be on it way before check out time. they leave you hanging , no house keeping, WiFi barely works , the manager doesn’t care about no one , n the people w pets let them poop everywhere on the ground in front of people doors
