I had occasion to stay recently for a number of nights due to home repairs. Overall, the room was comfortable, with the exception that I had requested a handicapped accessible room, and it was not handicapped equipped. The lock malfunctioned frequently, requiring that I go to the lobby for assistance. Upon my last day, I asked for a late checkout, and was told it would require a large fee paid, about $20 per hour, despite the fact that there were very few other guests on the premises. Super disappointed in this hotel. We traveled to Waco to visit the Silos and chose this hotel based on pictures and where it was located. They are located close to the McClain Stadium. It was a hole in the wall. The furniture was rough, the door looked like it had been kicked in, the room was not clean. NOT CLEAN!!!! The room needs a fresh coat of paint, too. We would give it less then a one star if possible. We do not recommend!!

I would give more than five stars if I could. I was very surprised to find a motel that was very reasonably priced with somewhat updated but very clean rooms. The pool was clean and was really nice in the 90 degree plus weather. Best part was Becca the front desk clerk, she was extremely accommodating, nice and friendly. Drove from Michigan to get there and the office was closed, had a reservation but didnt get a room , the area was like a public housing site , dirty ,nasty area NEVER NEVER STAY HERE

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IT IS NOT SAFE!!! THE HOTEL IS EQUIPPED WITH ONLY A FULL SIZE BED, AND THERE IS NOTHING UPDATED IN THE ROOMS. THERE ARE OLD T.V.'S IN EACH ROOM, WITH NO REMOTE CONTROLS. THE PROPERTY IS FILTHY, AND THE TOWELS ARE NOT CLEAN., I WAS LITERALLY AFRAID TO GO TO SLEEP THERE.

Room walking in had an over whelming smell of room spray that burnt your eyes and lingered for several hours after wards. Also the morning amenities was only coffee no food at all of any kind or type as advertise they have in their description.
