Upon checkin we paid in cash for a week the front desk attendant attempted to say we shorted her 100. Then found it in the drawer when all the money we paid with was on the counter. Regardless we notified the manager & she didnt even apologize!! just made excuses for her employee that tried to claim we shorted her. Luckily we got our money she magically found in the register when. The $ we paid w was on the counter never opened the register . but for the next person be careful go somewhere else or dont pay cash

You know the place is decent, can’t really complain there. Nice and clean. I actually have a room there right now. I am beyond bothered by the fact that there’s an issue with their hot water heater and they aren’t informing customers when they are booking a room. I would have never booked a room here had I known I couldn’t take a nice warm shower in the middle of the winter. Like I honestly don’t even know what to say. The Staff here is Amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more than Comfortable. The rooms are kept clean and the breakfast is Satisfying. It’s also very convenient to the stores and Shopping Centers, so don’t hesitate to book!
