This is a roach infested disgusting place.. Do not stay there! Still fighting for a refund since june that they refuse to give me back, although I went to the office requesting a refund and the man at the desk said I would get my money back within 24-48 hours.I've been fighting ever since to get my money back.The place is disgusting. There were two other guests in the office at the same time I was there also requesting their money back for the same reason. Roaches crawling all over the place! Front desk was not helpful at all. I killed a ROACH on the bathroom vanity and had 2 bugs scurry across my bed. That doesn't include the bugs that crawled out of the sink drain and the bugs that were on the floor. The airline put me up in this hotel due to flight delays, but I'd rather almost have slept outside!! The only bright shining star was Anna, the shuttle driver! She was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about how to navigate the airport on my way back the next morning!! Thank you Anna! You are one of a kind!... read more
