I think the past reviews are a little harsh. The room was clean, everything worked properly and the shower was hot. For the price this is a 5 star stay. The room is not perfect, but for $60-70 it's well worth it.

Do not stay here !! Easy check in from the airport. This is where American Airlines gave us to stay overnight. They should not send there customers to this dump !! The room smelt like cigarette smoke. Bathroom doorknob was broken, bathroom ceiling was all moldy & there were bugs flying around in the bathroom. Area did not seem safe. Looked like there was a drug deal going down in the back parking lot.

The customer service was horrible. You don’t get greeted walking in. You don’t get eye contact. The young woman was very rude right along with all the staff that were in there with her at 7 AM in the morning even if you need to sleep for a few hours, this would be a horrible place to stay. It’s filthy and they don’t care about the business itself.

We have been staying here while working in Charlotte. Even though we go home some weekends and pay for the room to hold it. We were informed yesterday that we have stayed too long and had to check out for 24 hours. Great way to keep your paying customers.

Got 2 rooms. First room TV and A/C not working. After waiting for maintenance, eventually was moved to a different room. Things worked but had a strange smell, peeling paint, and overall property is not maintained well at all. Very run down property.
