The staff didn’t know what was going on . 1st and 2nd time I was attempting to get in my room it already had been occupied. 3rd try I got a room , it was terrible, floors dirty haven’t been vacuumed, bed linens most likely weren’t changed .. there was hair and dirt on them as pillow cases.
When called any problems was handled with speed an respect
So this was an interesting stay. More for the pre stay conversation with the person running the place. The room was fine and the heater was the upper wall type radiator version and not the stand alone units which don't heat as efficiently IMO. The attendant/manager person whom I met was cool and apologized for a misunderstanding. Room was clean and hotel in general was fine for a red roof mid tier hotel, I certainly been in worse.
