Did not honor any mistake in price they or online bookings made. Rooms had giant holes in the walls and still a month later were not fully fixed (patched and coming back to paint) the bathroom is dripping black mold and the lamp by the bed electricuted me multiple times. We asked for a different room and was told all the rooms were this way. There are exposed wires and the ac does not work. The rooms are more humid than outside and almost unbreathable. Hi I'm giving this a 1 star for the red roof inn in chapel hill. I booked this hotel at Red roof in chapel hill nc for tonight and tomorrow night.yesterday morning 3/29/25. Red roof website along with several 3rd party websites were giving deep discounts on the motel like $2.50 avg price for 03/30/25 and $10 avg for 3/31/25. This is a very clean and well maintained location. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. Not a bug to be seen which is always a worry when you travel. Very nice setting close to everything but just a little bit separated.
