Nice place
First and foremost the welcoming party was with all smiles right through the door! Even though I had a minor set back they helped figure out a way to get through the issue with identification and worked me right in to a room. Place nice clean and tidy no complaints here. Thank you Red Roof Inn I had a wonderful stay
The location is very private away from traffic, the staff is friendly no issues with the rooms but sometimes they have an odd smell but probably because the air isn't left on before you go in but the AC is strong once you turn it on. I had a room no desk which I look forward to but no big deal. They do have one washer and dryer that works well way cheaper than going to the laundry matt. Here you're about 10-15 min away from Walmart, whole foods, trader Joe's, and a bunch of restaurants
Reserved a superior king but the check in desk said those were on the second and third floors and as my partner has leukemia, that just didn't work for us. There is an elevator but we prefer to be able to park right outside the room. The receptionist offered two queen beds on the ground floor, which was great. Those beds were super comfortable, some of the best we've had at red roof. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee in the lobby was good. All in all, a good stay.
Made a reservation in advance specifically for a handicap room. Was told checking was 3 PM. When we arrived about 4:30 we had to wait for room to be cleaned. When room was finally ready it was on 3rd floor. I was not feeling well enough to go to office so we took the room. We had silver bugs in our room. No soap! There were 3 square “sofa” pillows on king size bed. After I complained “online”. Tv was turned off! Offered another third floor room, but I was physically unable to make a change at that point.
