All in all, a decent hotel stay. Check in was super easy, they took a deposit for the room, which is understandable. The room was decent sized with enough room. Beds were ok , not super comfortable but ok. My biggest gripe was the ac unit seemed not to work adequately. Although the outside temperature wasn't that high, the room was warm. The ac unit short-cycled, it would shutoff after only running for 2 to 3 minutes. It was so warm, that I had to go out and buy a portable fan. A perennial favorite. This is our preferred choice hotel in phoenix lately. The breakfast doesn't disappoint. Good for moderate length stays. Great service.
The hotel’s computer is not working and treadmill is not working. The breakfast is good but was not enough they ran out of fruits and bread quickly.
Rude owners, room was dirty had bed bugs, owners refused to refund money after we saw the condition of room and checked in. Rooms don't look like pics other good reviews here must be fake. They state pet friendly also they are Not pet friendly at all very Rude.
