THEFT. Honestly, my stay was good. However, I left my headphones on my bed when I checked out in the morning. Called and asked if they found them in the early afternoon—no sign of them. I’m guessing that either: 1.) the sheets were stripped too quickly and the large headphone case was washed with the sheets. 2.) they were stolen by the cleaning staff. I’m leaning towards the latter. That’s unfortunate. If you stay here, keep your valuables close.
Comfort Inn in Chandler is top notch. Very family oriented, great breakfast in the morning, big new TVs, and most importantly a solid ownership and staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
Laila was absolutely amazing. There was a mix up with my reservation date. She fixed it. No problem, she is an exceptional employee and great with customer service. The entire staff was very accommodating, but she was definitely a standout. Thank you again, keep her around.She's the best
I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I feel deeply disappointed. After a long, exhausting day driving from California to Arizona for business, I booked this hotel just to rest. The moment we entered the room, we saw two cockroaches — one escaped too fast, but I managed to take a photo of the other. The front desk was kind and quickly moved us to a room on the first floor. We had a rough time at/with this hotel. We reserved a 2 queen suite online. On arrival, we were told they do not have that option, so we took a double queen room, but we were still charged the suite rate! I have been sent in circles trying to get the difference in room rates refunded. There was a cockroach in the breakfast area, our tub did not drain properly, the safely latch on the door was falling off with screws out of the door frame, the comforter was filthy on one of the beds, and the pool had debris all in it.
