I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the person at the front desk in the morning said a manager would call me. It’s been 3 business days and they obviously don’t care. As someone who works in customer service this was handled very poorly. My check in went good the gentleman was polite and nice. Got to my room it was clean and presentable, went to bed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this hotel deserves as much praise as it can get. Checking in was super easy and straight forward, I was immediately greeted and helped from the time I walked. The room was so clean and much more spacious than I was expecting. The breakfast was delicious and the gym was super clean. Not to mention the location was super convent being directly off the freeway. I would totally recommend staying here next time you’re in the Phoenix area!!
