As other reviewers have mentioned, I had a similar experience. The management was very disorganized. After I was given a room key, I went to the room and found someone’s belongings already on the bed. It was clear that the room had already been occupied. I was given a key to a different room, but the sheets were dirty and unhygienic, with stains and hair on them, and they were extremely wrinkled. I booked a room at the red roof inn for 3 nights. I think during the entire stay my tv worked for maybe an hour. The wifi also wouldnt work where my room was located And everytime i tried getting help from staff they would tell me to come back or there wasnt much they could do. The room could have also been cleaned better. There were visible crumbs on the floor stains on the bedding and there were a few bugs upon my arrivial. Room smelt strongly of weed and cigarettes. Sheets were unclean with hair everywhere. Several homeless people hanging around in the area. Staff member was kind & helpful despite all of this.
