RecommendedWe had booked the wrong Red Roof Inn because of a Road sign that listed two cities at the same exit. One was 15 Miles east of the exit. The reservation was made through Price line and very hard to cancel . Vallarie the desk reseptionist at the Carterville Red Roof Inn was very helpfull in getting the proplem straightend out. The room was clean, nice layout and very comfortable. We will look for these Red Roof Inns in our future travels and the price was right.
Rooms were nice but the people at the front desk were very rude and I can't believe 87$ and I can't have visitors that's just crazy if you ask me
We arrived exhausted at 730 AM...they put us in a wonderful ground floor spacious room with our dogs. Even though check in was much later they accommodated us and were very friendly. Thank you
Roaches and blood stained sheets. $97. Feet black from walking on the floor.
