Same as others, we had a room that was cancelled when we tried to check in. The staff blamed it on Expedia and acted like they were doing us a favor "accommodating" four of us in one room together instead of the two we paid for. Mind you, I heard them giving others the same spiel throughout the night. Sounds like a scam to me. The beds are tiny, lumpy, and dirty. Definitely too small for two people to share. For the price, unbelievable. Very clean. Very good a service.
Would give it zero stars if I could. Because of a nearby festival, the hotel canceled my reservation the day of check in to charge more money even though I booked 2 weeks ago. Then the manager tried to blame the booking company but then said they had overbooked. Greedy and unprofessional.

It was clean! The hot water works extremely well. The staff was extremely friendly, also enjoyed the bathroom soap.
