Most of the rooms seem to have drawers broken in rooms .I will say so far i haven't seen bugs .bedding is stained a bit
Room was very poorly maintained. Broken dresser, no cold water in sink, bathroom door chipped paint and crayon drawings. It was very very dirty, fridge n microwave covered in finger prints plus a/c unit was filthy. Linens had stains on them. I will never stay at this red roof ever again
I stayed at Red Roof Inn last night, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled horrible, like sewage. The bed covers were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed. I had to change the bedsheets myself because I couldn't sleep on them the way they were. We accidentally booked for a Monday night when we meant Tuesday night, so the fault was ours, admittedly. However, the Red Roof Inn at Hamburg, NY was totally unsympathetic, did not offer a discount for the correct night or any partial refund for the night we were not there. A little empathy would have been nice since we are frequent Red Roof Inn patrons/members.
