My overall experience with this location has been mostly positive. For starters it isn’t as busy as some of the other locations so privacy and peace and quiet is much better. The rooms aren’t super luxurious, but for the price you can’t beat it. I have all the necessities including fridge and a microwave. The towels provided also aren’t the best, I had to dry off with the hair dryer because the towel was no longer functioning/absorbing probably due to number of times washed, hot water washes, or use of fabric softeners, but ... read more
Tried to charge us 210US when i booked on the phone when online it was 210CAD. I misunderstood as the price was the same number. Got there, she continued to want to charge us 210US and said the price changes this was the price the day of the reservation, which also isn’t true. i pulled up the booking.com website and it said i could book now for 170Cad i held it up and said ill book through this right now for a better price. Our price ended up being lowered. 210US that’s 289 canadian dollars for - No snow maintenance just wal... read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke. It was freezing in the room so I went to turn on the heater (which was for some reason off despite it being real feel of 11 degrees), and it just blew cold air. Waited for an hour to see if it would start blowing warmer air but it never did. Pulled back the comforter and there was a bloodstain (or some other red stain) on the sheet.
