Put me in a room that stunk like pee then refused to refund my money. Do not try to save a few bucks by staying at this hotel. No exaggeration that was the worst hotel stay in my entire life.

Great friendly staff very helpful go out of there way to help and match prices
First room smelled overwhelming like fresh vomit. Second room didn’t smell as strong and I’m exhausted so I dealt with it. An hour later I notice roaches in my things on the sink. Front desk guy swears they don’t have roaches. Tells me the guest from last night didn’t mention roaches so there must not be any. He asks to come see the roaches. There was one waiting for him next to the sink, he takes a picture and moves me to a 3rd room in the second building swearing there aren’t any roaches here. We’ll see. One star is too ma... read more
