Hotel was very clean and all staff were very kind.
Great time, very professional
Although the customer service during my stay was good, I was very disappointed to return home and discover multiple bed bug bites. I contacted corporate the following day and provided photo evidence, only to be informed that the property is independently owned. When I called the hotel directly to report the issue, I was asked, “Did you mention this at checkout?” — which came across as dismissive. The manager was friendly and phoned our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Our room was clean and the location is quiet. Black out curtains, mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, digital AC unit, full length wall mirror, blow dryer in our room. No problems with Wi-Fi or TV. Would book again if in this area.
