Walked in room BLEACH HIT ME SO HARD it was overwhelming, sheets seemed to be clean, as I rested in the middle of the night I seen a bedbug bug, and it was to late for me I was already eating up took the bug to the office, They switched Us rooms but it was no better. No telephone, Tv didn’t work and and they still refused to give a discount or any money back. They will be hearing from Me and not in a good way
Dont pay their bills
No hot water rooms were not clean . Staff was very friendly and nice. I wish that as a rewards member that my favorite hotels would keep a clean room!
