The staff is friendly and helpful and the inside and outside of the building and property is clean and decorated for the seasons entering the building smell of the fall season would recommend staying here great place and great prices
The red roof inn is very friendly. The dog rooms are nice. Got here to late the pool was closed the season was o ver. Its quite. Nice place to stay. Oh no smoking in hallways or rooms
I just stayed at the Red roof inn, located in Branson Missouri on 210 South Wildwood Drive, two nights. Here the thing, the general manger was a very nice lady and tried to make my stay pleasant, however, I am actually very upset. When I checked in and pulled the blanket back on room 305, our first room, you can tell without a doubt that bed was never changed. The GM then moved us into room 317. Absolutely disgusting, room was dirty. Pets everywhere (even in the breakfast space). Customers making breakfast for other customers. Foul odors everywhere, (weed smell coming from rooms, vapes smell in hallway, cigarette smell in lobby/upstairs). Had to listen to VP's son complain about how their mom was late because they let the overnight person go. While getting show information had to listen to mom complain about getting 2 hours of sleep because they let the overnight person go. Cleaned up a spill and the towel was black... read more
