First the whole thing stinks! If you cant keep carpets odorless just take it off. The whole place (hallways, room) smells like is a dog hotel “human friendly”. Front desk was friendly. Access to the rooms is only by stairs, which makes the stay complicated for those with a lot of luggage or children. But the worst thing for me was the terrible state of the room. The room we stayed in was not very clean and mediocre at best. The toilet was extremely dirty and there were tons of holes in the ceiling. We found a hair in our bedsheets and there was mold on the chair in the room. The bathroom vent also had a gaping hole above it. The wifi does not work at all and there's no service around either making it impossible to do anything on your phone. The fridge made our water taste weird and the room had a weird smell.
