Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
First the whole thing stinks! If you cant keep carpets odorless just take it off. The whole place (hallways, room) smells like is a dog hotel “human friendly”. Front desk was friendly. Access to the rooms is only by stairs, which makes the stay complicated for those with a lot of luggage or children. But the worst thing for me was the terrible state of the room.
