I booked this stay so that we could spend family weekend with our daughter at ISU.Right off the back the atmosphere was off.The perception they give is completely different than reality. Staff didn't give a damn(overnight staff)When I reported my issue(ROACHES IN MY ROOM!!!) I was shrugged off... I couldnt wait til sunrise to get the hell up outta there!!!!NEVER AGAIN....RED ROACH ROOF🤬🤬🤬🤬Clean up this place !!!!
Stay away from this hotel at all cost! They charge $60 for 1 bed and $120 for 2 beds? 🤣! Go across the street to either days in or rhode way in its half the price and you get bigger rooms with larger TVs, more closet space in rooms, a washer and dryer, & a workout center! Biggest scammers on the planet!
Hotel is decent but they are literally charging $135 for 2 beds when 1 bed cost only $75 and even then for a 2 star hotel thats an outrageous price to pay when you could literally get a studio suite at the 4 star Marriott downtown for the same price lol. Also they are scamming you when you'll pay $135 for a night then as the day goes on they'll drop their prices down $50 to $75 for the same room.
