Ive stayed in alot of cheap hotels but this one was Horrible, roaches, rooms were filthy and smelled disgusting. Owner slept on the couch in the lobby I don't think ill be using red roof anymore. .
The person who took my reservation over the phone and then checked me in was very friendly. The location was easy to get to and easy to get back on the expressway. There was a gas station right there and a few restaurants close by. The room was about what you would expect at a RRI. It was clean but there were some water stains on the ceiling tile, no extras, just a bar of soap and a tube of shampoo, but they did have a coffee pot and a couple of coffee pods. Door stuck, hard to get in. Floors dirty. I take wet tissue and wipe one square foot of the floor. Nothing desirable in the free breakfast. Never again.
Husband and wife team. They were personable and friendly.
