I have stayed twice at this hotel. The first time was 2 years ago, and it was fine - a bit run down, but about what is expected for the brand. This time this past weekend, things have really gotten bad. My room REEKED of cigarette smoke (non-smoking). The vinyl trim at the base of the walls was substantially pulling away from the wall in multiple places. We were lied to from the get go making reservations. We reserved two beds smoking with a small dog. We were quoted 140. for 1 night and told it was a premium room. That's all we were told except we get a gift which we chose 20. Donation to an animal foundation, which I highly doubt happens. At check-in we were charged an additional 50 for security deposit which wasn't disclosed making the reservation. Here is video of our premium room.

I've stayed at some horrible hotel rooms but this is absolutely the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in ( 110 ) After 14 hours on the road all we wanted to do was crash. If I wasn't dead tired I would have cancelled and rented a room anywhere else. Nothing in the room worked - TV had wires dangling and disconnected. Alarm clock didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work but the back of it got really hot. There was a plug extension with scorch marks on it- fire hazard for electronics that don't even work. The cheap laminate... read more

Watch your bank account..the young Indian girl with long hair ran my card at 7:40 pm the night I stayed. Got home and checked my bank account and it was run 2 times. I called and she denied it was run twice. I called my bank AND it was run at 7:40 pm the night I stayed and run again at 3 pm the next day. I was long gone and did not authorize to have it run more then 1 time. IF YOU STAY HERE AND PAY WITH YOUR CARD DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!! I recommend going next door to the other hotel.
