The room is nice and comfy. Check-in wasn't good as she didn't seem to care when I asked for a first floor room. She said none were available when it looked like there were many empty rooms. Oh well!!
I really like me stay, a nice lady at the service desk really made my day she made it so easy for me by giving a room on the bottom floor for me and my baby and keeping me away from the smoking rooms I really appreciate her
Couldn’t check me in it took hours only gave half of my deposit back saying I left the room at 1in the afternoon but my flight was at 10ish my car had to be back at 8am so I have to wait to talk to a manager about my deposit and she said I left stuff in the room which was a towel because I wasn’t using there’s and a bag of chip and bag of candy when I picked the bag up a roach came out the bag so your right I left it floors dirty my daughter wouldn’t even shower it was nasty never again and it smells old.
