Had toilet stopped up upon arival. Had to unplunge myself, and used towels to wipe up mess. Was told that I could not get more towels until the next day and uh, I had a lot of trouble. Getting it unstopped, but was refused a new room. I do not recommend.
Very unprofessional. Vehicle was hit by another room renter in the early morning. Manager was not available to be spoken with about accident. Employee hung up on me twice as i was trying to get info about camera footage of accident. Was told to file police report and they would do nothing about it. Terrible experience. Would advise never to stay there if you value your car or experience in traveling and hotel staying. The worst.
