Room was okay, but no ice bucket,cups and 1 tiny trash can and the ice machine was broken along with the pool looks like they just added more junk onto it, and the second floor was being held up by 2x5's and jacks

Had booked a room here for an overnight stay 2 days ago. After looking at the room once in it. We immediately asked for a refund and left. If I could give no stars I would have. This is bone of the most nastiest places I have ever seen. Filthy walls, filthy tub, broken down furniture, dead bugs, filthy stained sheets, comforters, pillow cases, and mattress covers. Human hair under the covers, it was unbelievable. Do not ever stay here!. Even outside had places taped off because of unsafe staircases and walkways. Appalling!

This place is AWFUL!! Booked a room a week prior. Get down there and they gave our room AWAY! There excuse was they've had so many people with reservations not show up..ok, that's what cancelation fee's are for! So..needless to say, they suck!!

WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!!!!! If I was able to give no stars I would. This was the worst place I have ever been in. We felt completely unsafe here, rude workers, the ac didn’t not work (employees knew the ac did not work) in our room so they took the ac out of another room that the employees refused to rent to anyone for over a month (this ac smelled like septic and even had slimy stuff coming out of it) (information was given to me by someone that works there) cockroaches were everywhere including climbing the walls, walls ar... read more
