Staff are wonderful..
If I could give it less stars than the one, I certainly would!! Charged my credit card 81.21 and I never even stayed there. Shiv the manager us always unavailable. Corporate is just as bad since the say the refund has to come from the property site. Stopped today and the lady working the desk was sitting outside smoking..when I told her I was there for my refund she went inside and locked herself in the office...so take your chances, but I'll never stop at an red roof inn if it was the last motel on earth
Ms Barbra was so nice and helpful with the service
This is a very accommodating place to stay and the staff is very nice
