I arrived at the Annapolis location for the stated checkin time, the front desk lady acknowledged me as I entered the building immediately. All though the greeting was friendly, the smell was very noticeable and offensive (mold smell). It was all about business. there was a tornado watch people were scrambling for rooms and this was the least expensive. I was prepared for the worst but received the best in the staff, Cleanliness of the room, Safety of the location, Very close to food groceries and the highway. If you want a very simple experience at a low price this is it.

Avoid this hotel. Dirty smelly old stains, ripped & stained curtains. The halls were humid and smelly. Reception wasn't very welcoming. This hotel is very dated. The walls in the room were badly stained from what must of been someone throwing liquid around. Very disappointed. At least the AC worked

The location is the only good thing I can say. We stayed for a quick night due to an early morning arrival for surgery at the hospital. The floors were HORRENDOUS! They eye coming up in multiple places. And don't even get me started on the very dangerous outlet that is right behind the bed.

Disgusting. They tried to put us in a room with floors so damaged from liquid that they were cupping, broken, peeling, and in some places, not even attached to the base floor just loose boards. There was a brown splatter stain on the bathroom wall. Fortunately, our money was refunded, as we were to stay there for a week. The place reeks of Cigarette smoke
