amazing front desk
Very clean. No charge for my little dog. Free breakfast. Super friendly check in.
The front desk staff at the red roof are amazing. Cesar and Ms. Row are staples in this hotels returning clientele. I have stayed at just about every hotel in Annapolis 4 diamond hotels customer service staff in front desk staff cannot compare to the service that you'll get from the staff here. They make everything easy in the process to check in is always fast. Stay here!!!
Went to use the microwave and a roach was crawling inside of it disgusting and I left and they would not refund me
Always a good experience. Stuff is good and helpful and I've never had a bad stay there and most of all they allow my small dog to stay with me
