Last minute booking, room was filthy. My son starting having an allergic reaction to what smelled as if there had been an animal in the room. Had to leave within an hour of check-in. Front desk person told us to call in the morning for a refund. When I contacted Booking, who we booked through, Red Roof fought them and would not refund any of our money. Highly dissatisfied!!
I am staying here for one night I save money. If I was with my wife, we would stay some place nicer.
Michaela wlis very professional and friendly. The room was spacious, but smelled a little. Overall acceptable.
