DO NOT STAY HERE This is wild, I come to stay here every year for the past six years and this is the worst experience ive had with them My biggest problem is that the first night I came I payed cash for my room and the next day they charged my card for the same days I had already paid for They only decided that they would fix the issue when I told them that this was extortion and that I would sue them with my printed receipt in hand Its very sad that I had to threaten legality for them to even consider to loom at the paper t... read more

I stayed at this hotel and forgot to pick up my deposit. I called the hotel and told them I hadn't collected it. They said they would return it when I got back to the city, as long as I had the deposit slip and receipt. I returned to the city and they never wanted to return anything. They stole my $100 deposit. Be careful with this filthy hotel.

We had a house construction emergency and needed to find a place to stay that was comfortable but would not break the bank because we didn't know how long we'd have to stay (we ended up staying 9 days). I'm going to put this first so that the rest of the details are what stick in your mind. The only detractor is not anything that the hotel has done. In fact they've addressed it very well. Great staff team. We had emergency at our house and had to stay for more than a week. Our needs were well met and staff was very helpful and attentive. Neighborhood is not great but felt safe at hotel. Thanks.
