We spent 7 days here in late May. You had to fight with the staff to get towels. I don't believe they have enough staff working to clean the rooms they were often cleaning rooms at 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. still. Also the elevator doesn't work that's not acceptable for a three-story hotel. The only upsides is it was close to the airport, close to two giant shopping centers!! and two super Walmarts and very close to highway.

The last thing anyone wants to hear after arriving to Albany at noon and taking an hour going through the rental car hoopla is you can't even check into your flipping rooms until 3 o'clock. Now I have to sit around for two hours before they'll even let me into my room.

GREAT ROOM GREAT LOCATION GREAT PLACE IF YOU HAVE PETS GREAT!!! OFFICE STAFF!!! GREAT CLEANING STAFF WILL definitely be back to this location next time I visit new york

Perfectly clean. Rooms are dated but can't beat it for the price. People kinda loitering sometimes, and it always smelled like weed at night, but like I said, can't beat it for the price.
