Not clean at all and should not be a pet friendly hotel. My cat hid underneath the mattress, where I found empty alcoholic beverages, wrappers, and dirt all over. A few days later after my stay, I discovered fleas on my cat! Oh yeah, forget about privacy. Housekeeping knocked on the door despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanged up. They offered to clean and replace towels but I declined. They proceeded to vacuum the room and then ask for a tip! Never again 👎🏼

The Jamaican lady at the front desk was rude. She treats specific guests like they are lucky to get a room. She doesn’t understand American ways of dealing with things.she denied me and my family a room, because I didn’t agree with her accusations of racism by another guest. The rooms are always what I have paid for but this woman really thinks she is entitled to another level. The room was exceptionally clean. Room had a pleasant smell. The clerk in the lobby was kind, polite and helpful. Perfect place to relax for the night.

Building has a cockroach problem; it wasn’t only in my room, as another guest told me they were in hers as well. I don’t expect much from a cheap hotel and I can overlook a lot of things, but taking care of cockroaches seems like the bare minimum. A staff member was annoyed that I even brought it up at all, like I was crazy for bringing it up. I understand they were probably having a bad day, but this is the impression I get for the business overall. Roaches are a traveling pest. This isn’t an issue that can be solved by off... read more
