⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. The staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the customer service needs serious improvement. From the moment you arrive, the hotel feels run down and neglected. The entire property could use a major renovation and better upkeep. One of the biggest issues was the strong smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel. We stayed here in June because it was all we could find at the last minute for a decent price, although this place was way overpriced for what you get. This place was filthy, beds extremely uncomfortable, staff was unfriendly and overall the hotel did not feel safe. I never let my kids out of sight. We were the only family I saw there. Most people are living full-time at this hotel. There was trash everywhere and we even say a needle on the ground that wasn't picked up by staff over the two nights we stayed there. Standard King room Pros: Price; comfortable bed; clean; AC worked; TV worked; nice hot water; WiFi okay; seemed secure. Cons: No fridge; limited space; only one chair; no coffeemaker in room; no breakfast;
