The staff here is really good even if front desk she is perfect courtesy no attitude or nothing I give her credit she does her job well The room was excellent The staff is good no problem at all it did their job well I went to all the staff thank you for your hard work thank you
This place is the literal definition of "you get what you pay for"... It allows dogs so how bad can it really be?
Our flight was cancelled due to airline service interruption. We attempted over a dozen times the day prior to call and cancel the booking, but no one answered the phone or returned or message. We were charged for the room. This is unacceptable business management. Very unhappy to be held accountable to cancelation policy due, location ignoring the phone.
