I have stayed here off and on for the past couple of months. The rooms are clean, efficient use of the space, and great value for the price. The front desk is always friendly and worked with me to flex around my changing schedule and update reservations, including effective use of Redi Rewards points to maximize my benefits. Your first pet is free (bonus!) and the location is in a great area; walking distance to dozens of restaurants across every price point. Terrible customer service from management. The large African lady is very rude and disrespectful. The rest of the staff is wonderful but she does give them a bad rep.

100 dollar deposit, It was a decent stay the owners were a bit nosie and the beds were decent it was so hard to ask for toilet paper from a different floor they had tude about it couldn't cook in room or make food and they couldn't accommodate someone in a wheelchair! Loved that Dunkin donuts was next to us tho

There are so many legal violations on this property. The only reason I stayed was because I didn’t have another option. I was upgraded from a room that the door was obviously kicked in multiple times but the land line to dial 911 is non existent!
