We have stayed here several times.WE also had to experience some poor service.The microwave dish broke and landed on the carpet, I called the front desk annd asked for a broom or sweeper to clean with and was told he could not or did not have a key to the housekeeping room.we have also thought that on another stay, kept calling to have our room serviced and did not receive it until 5PM. We over looked this and have tried to have a good attitude. On our last visit we know that the treatment we receive is on the prejudice side... read more

This hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were exceptionable. AC worked like a champ. 4 minutes from knotts berry farm. It is walkable if you have a little staminia. Staff was the best! Thanks Red Roof Inn. We will be back.

the first three days i was there i had to call and ask if the rm coud be clean because they never cleand the rm when we left and then the only day when they came without me calling they stoled my laptop .the cameras you think is onyour rm are pointed to the parking lot where they say there not reponsible for any thing in cars.they did a investigation by asking the lady ho cleaned my rm if she saw my laptop while cleaning which she said she did(i could of did my own inestigation and asked that) the manager manuel was a joke. ... read more
The hotel search was easy and practical. Anyone who has limited skills in using the internet can easily access the information needed. I have been searching the web for quite some time for hotels and this site is one of the best I have searched yet. You simply need to tell it what you need and you can easily access it. The only thing I really did not like is having to write such a lengthy review because I could have easily expressed myself in simply a few words. The front desk staff was terrible!!!!!!! Not pleasant or helpful at all....not even the manager!!! Asked for changed rooms 3 times because they couldnt get it right, the tub would not drain so by the end of my shower the bath tub was FULL of water, the bed sheets didnt come all the way to the foot of the bed, the fan in the bathroom did not work and the continental breakfast might just as well not been there. A couple of other hotels were right across the street...I checked out within 12 hours and went elsewhere!!!! NOT wort... read more
me and my family like tis hotel it was cheep and close to where wed like to go we only hade one problem we have a two year old and ask for first floor and the put use on the third floor that was it, it would have been nice if they had conecting rooms other than that wed probley stay there agian when we need to.
our room key didnt work we had it remade 5 times .no luck we were all wet from swimming and stuck out in the cold management was of little help. didnt offer us to come into lobby to get warm because we were wet. our 6 year old got sick from being wet and cold..
