Ok, so depending on what youre looking for..a fast room for quick nap, etc.. it will do the trick.. there is water, a bed and overall roof... not always quiet though.. its known for solicitation which brings traffic/noise.. the occasional probation sweeps have a tendency to rattle the chain as well but if you are free and clear from the law . .
