Great staff, nice clean room, big TV and bed!!!
Terrible! I have been totally many crappy motels and hotels since I drive for a living but this place is trash! Reading lamps/lamps by the beds, didn't work. Dirty stained bed covers, used towels that were folded to look fresh (stained and damp to the touch), shower head was loose,(after tightening-low water pressure, same as the sink), dirty shower (didn't even shower due to this), and vinyl floor was literally cracking under my feet all over the room. Really dirty rooms... lots of long term "residents" hanging around outside.. loitering and smoking weed... doesnt feel like a safe place to stay. Lesson learned..
disgusting lobby and bathrooms
Checkin too time consuming needs to be streamlined Shower not hot enough, temperature needs to be adjusted at valve room 252. IHOP Restuarant was supposed to open at 6 but was not due to staff shortages simple note on door would have alleviated frustration. Didn’t return!
