The receptionist was very nice and accommodating to me and my pets, which I am grateful for. However the room had a very unpleasant smell that my nose could not adjust to. There was also hair in the shower and on one of the bed. It's a good place to stay in a time of need
I Even don't want to give the 1 star rating. But it's mandatory. The old guy who is doing overnight shift won't accept checkin from online reservations. And made us to buy again at front desk. Because we're already and and no place to rest. He locked us to buy again and I didn't get refund for my online booking. And coming to room and other stuff, they don't have sampoo, soap bars or anything else. And they gave a complete water kind of lotion which irritates your body. I don't ever recommend this hotel. Since the moment I came, they greeted me the best. They treat me like one of their own. I had the best room ever clean rooms, best ever, best customer service. You could never find better
I walked to the vending machines to go get a snack there was a homeless man sleeping next to it I ignored him but he woke up and then charged me and stole my wallet then ran. great services otherwise
