Lancaster, Pa has a 0 review from us longtime customers. Not clean, charging us for a studio and it's not, haven't had TV since yesterday and they don't care. Who looks at these reviews anyway. They are obviously getting away with it.
After seeing other reviews I guess our experience wasn't as bad. The issues were dirty hallways. The ice machine room also had a laundry area. The floor there had chunks of dryer lint all over floor, and the entire area was dirty. The hallway smelled like dead fish! Room was not the cleanest, especially bathroom. I recently stayed at Red Roof located at 6765 Pottery Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303, and the experience was awful. The room was extremely dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe, making it impossible for my wife, baby, and I to stay there. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to issue a refund despite the unacceptable conditions. We stayed at the red roof inn in ashtabula ohio and when we went in we noticed that there was a dirty washcloth on the shower head hair and pubic hair in the tub and floor the jacuzzi tub in the room kept shutting off and turning on by itself rest of the room was good when we checked out we had told the desk all they said was oh ok no apologies or nothing we stayed in room 120 my name is Mark Trumble
