No one will answer the phone. No returned phone calls. Purchased a gift card for family, and they haven't been able to redeem. i think this company is FRAUD!
Has anyone been to this place recently, like in the past month? My hubby bought a gift card for me last Christmas that I’d like to use and I’ve been calling for over a week to no avail. It goes to a woman’s voicemail named Nadia and mentions nothing of Red Rocks Spa. I’m beyond frustrated and this seems like a poorly ran business. I’m wondering if they closed and we’re screwed out of $200?
My husband got us the scrub, honey treatment and massage for our anniversary. OMG. This was a fantastic experience. Mario and Sveda were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I plan on going back just to get a massage from Mario. What a little gem this place is.
