It's unacceptable to stand in line for over 70 minutes, miss and band you wanted to see (Foster the People). I've been to many concerts in some poor venues and to have this experience at Red Rocks is heartbreaking. This venue should be able to handle things better. At least I didn't pay a grand like some stories I've heard.

Want to take a moment to give a shout out to two of your employees. Went to see a show tonight at RR and showed up really early. Was literally pushed out of my Gen Admission seat by another showgoer and was on my way out of the door in anger when Claire and Gary stopped me from leaving and insisted that i let them help me. They dealt with the incident very professionally and helped me find another seat. Even through my anger they were very professional and helpful.

No place in the world like it. Try to get within the first 30 rows for the best sound.

The Venue is every superlative that's been used and more! The atmosphere is amazing, the scenery is beautiful, and the weather at night was great. I flew from Los Angeles to see a show and would come back again in a heart beat. The only complaint I had was the no smoking policy not being enforced. I could smell cigarette and marijuana; why have a no-smoke policy if you wont enforce it?
